Filling in the sub plan template

  1. Welcome note: a friendly line and where to find the folder.
  2. Schedule: each period or block, with the plan and exactly where the materials are.
  3. Attendance and routines: how to take attendance, lunch count, bathroom and dismissal.
  4. Students who may need support: where confidential plans are kept, not names.
  5. Helpful staff: a neighbor teacher and the office.
  6. If you finish early: a reliable extra activity.

Keep student information out of sub plans
